We’ve around 20 teams within Operations around the world. But it’s impossible to convey the sheer scale or variety of what is involved. Facilities, document production, engineering, building services, catering, security, deeds and records, distribution, helplines, switchboards – all are vital to our success as a global firm. That’s why we’re integrating Operations on a global scale – to get everyone working together, sharing resources and contributing ideas. That’s also why we like to recruit specialists to our teams. People who want to set benchmarks. People who want to be associated with a successful business, and who want to influence it. 

One thing. We’re not interested in cutting corners on important issues. We’re far more concerned with building operational services that can add to our status as a global firm. And when we see technology or processes or resources that can do that, we’re not afraid to invest in them.
